Good Morning Pumpkin Pancakes:
Combine biscuit mix, brown sugar and spices in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; beat until smooth. Pour 1/4 to 1/2 cup batter for each pancake onto a greased hot griddle; cook until top surface is bubbly and edges are dry. Turn over; cook until golden. Serve with Pumpkin-Maple Syrup.
Pumpkin-Maple Syrup:
Combine all ingredients together in a small saucepan. Mix well and warm through over low heat. Makes about 2 cups.
Tip: How do you tell when a pancake griddle is hot enough for the batter? Sprinkle a little water on it…if it sizzles, the griddle is ready to go.
