Mix sugar and cinnamon; set aside. Melt butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over low heat, stirring well; set aside. Flatten biscuits; sprinkle each with 1/2 teaspoon sugar mixture. Place a cheese cube in the center of each biscuit, wrapping and sealing dough around cheese. Set aside. Spray a Bundt® pan with non-stick vegetable spray; sprinkle 1/2 cup nuts in the bottom of pan. Arrange half of prepared biscuits in the pan. Sprinkle with half the sugar mixture; pour half of butter mixture over top and sprinkle with 1/2 cup nuts. Make a second layer of remaining biscuits, sugar mixture, butter mixture and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes; place a plate on top and invert.
Tip: Cook up a yummy topping for pancakes and waffles. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over low heat. Stir in 1/4 cup brown sugar and 2 cups thinly sliced peaches. Cook and stir until tender…scrumptious!
