Arrange lettuce on individual salad plates. Place a mound of cottage cheese in the center. Sprinkle with optional grated cheese. Cut banana in half lengthwise, then crosswise. Dip banana in lemon or lime juice place fruits in an attractive pattern around cottage cheese. Sprinkle with sunflower seed. Serve strawberry yogurt as the dressing.
