In a large bowl, gently toss cabbage with half each of ham, cheese and cucumber. Pour 2 1/2 cups Thousand Island Dressing over and gently toss. Arrange remaining ham, cheese and cucumber over cabbage in bowl sprinkle with paprika or parsley. Pass remaining dressing.
