2 cups powdered sugar sifted
1/2 cup butter real
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg white stiffly beaten
In a small mixer bowl at medium speed beat sugar and butter until smooth. Beat in egg yolk and vanilla. With a spoon fold in egg white. Cover and chill.
Serve with Fruitcake or plum pudding.
