1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
In a small saucepan combine brown sugar, pineapple juice, vinegar and salt. Over medium heat stir until sugar dissolves.
In a small bowl or cup mix water and cornstarch until smooth. Stir into hot mixture. Stirring over medium heat, bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute or until thick and clear. Cool.
