1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 teaspoon lemon peels grated
2 tablespoons lemon juice fresh
In a small saucepan combine dry ingredients. Slowly mix in vinegar until smooth. Add water, raisins, lemon rind and juice. Stirring over medium heat, bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute.
Serve warm with ham.
