Heat oven to 350° F. Place ribs in roasting pan and bake for 30 minutes. In blender or food processor, combine water, soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, and Tabasco® purée. Pour marinade over meat and marinate, unrefrigerated, for 3 to 4 hours, turning frequently. Drain, reserving marinade. Grill meat over medium coals basting frequently until browned and cooked through, 30 to 45 minutes. Garnish with tomato wedges and green onion slices.
