Serves: 0
Spread slices of party rye bread with soft butter. On half of the slices place 2 to 3 thin slices of corned beef topped with thin slice of Swiss cheese. Add a heaping teaspoonful of sauerkraut, rinsed and well-drained. Top with another slice of bread. When ready to serve, toast in 400° oven until cheese is just melted, or about 10 minutes. Cut sandwiches in half serve hot. If desired, spread prepared mustard over corned beef before adding the drained sauerkraut.
