Water Chestnut Meat Balls

Ingredients

2 cups bread crumbs soft (4-5 slices bread)
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 pork sausage bulk
1 (5-ounce) can water chestnut finely chopped ( 2/3 cup)

Directions:

Combine bread crumbs, milk, soy sauce, garlic salt and onion powder in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients mix well. Shape into small balls (about 60) place on 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 -inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 18 to 20 minutes, or until well browned. Serve warm in chafing dish over hot water with wooden picks.
