Fry bacon pieces until crisp remove from fry pan and drain on paper towels. Pour off all but one tablespoon of the fat remaining in the fry pan. Cook the onion in remaining fat until tender but not brown. Beat eggs and yolk add cooled bacon and onion slices. Stir in remaining ingredients except caraway seeds pour into pastry shell. Sprinkle top with caraway seeds. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes, or until a knife inserted 1 inch from pastry edge comes out clean. Serve hot cut in wedges.
