Toast sesame seeds by placing them in a dry frying pan heat very gently, stirring constantly, until golden. Remove from heat cool. Place ginger, curry and soy sauce in small bowl. Gradually stir in mayonnaise and sour cream, blending well. Stir in toasted sesame seeds, mixing well. Chill.
