Remove stems from mushrooms finely chop enough stems to measure 1/3 cup. Sauté chopped mushroom stems, green pepper and onion in 3 tablespoons butter until tender remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients except mushroom caps and 1 tablespoon butter. Melt the remaining 1 tablespoon butter in shallow baking pan. Fill mushroom caps with mixture place filled side up in pan. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
