* Set out an assortment of fresh vegetables such as carrot sticks, green pepper sticks, raw cauliflowerets, broccoli buds, radishes and green onion. Other interesting vegetables to include are raw mushrooms, wedges of sweet red onion, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, turnip, kohlrabi and zucchini sticks. Dunk the vegetables into flavorful vegetable dip (below). (Prepare dip several hours before using to blend flavors). Place in electric blender 1 cup of the chopped lettuce, salad dressing, green onion and seasonings blend until smooth. Then continue to blend while gradually adding the remaining lettuce and cubes of cream cheese. Blend until mixture is smooth. Chill.
