3 cups water warm
2 tablespoons yeast
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 cup dry milk powder
7 cups flour

7 cups whole wheat flour
To prepare white dough: Pour warm water into mixing bowl. Add yeast, honey, oil, salt, and milk. Add 3 cups of the flour and beat well. Add remaining flour 1 cup at a time till soft dough is formed. Knead on lightly floured board 7 minutes till smooth and elastic. Place in oiled bowl, cover, and let rise till double in bulk.
To prepare whole wheat dough: Follow directions for preparing white dough.
To form loaves: Divide doughs into equal portions. The number of loaves will depend on the size of pans used. Roll portion of white dough into a rectangle, then roll wheat dough into rectangle and place on top of white rectangle. Roll up like a jelly roll, sealing ends and bottom. Place in greased loaf pans. Let rise in warm place till double. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35 minutes. Makes 6 loaves.
