1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts , chopped
2 cloves garlic , minced
1 (14-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, , cooked and drained

Combine ingredients together mix well. Spread in an ungreased 9" pie pan bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes.
