Cook bacon until almost crisp drain. Wrap one slice around each water chestnut secure with a toothpick. Arrange in an ungreased 9" x 9" baking pan set aside. Mix remaining ingredients together pour over water chestnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
