Combine cheeses in a mixing bowl set aside. Halve each biscuit horizontally gently shape into a 4" x 2-1/2" oval. Place one pepperoni slice and one tablespoon cheese mixture in the upper half of each oval fold dough up and over filling, pinching closed. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Arrange on a lightly greased baking sheet bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
