Roll up one ham slice and one cheese slice together secure with a toothpick. Dip in butter, bread crumbs and then Parmesan cheese. Arrange on an ungreased baking sheet repeat with remaining ham and cheese slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
