Serves: 5
Make and bake cake according to package directions and pour into a greased and floured 9x13-inch pan. Remove from oven and poke holes in cake with the handle of a wooden spoon. Pour condensed milk over all the holes. Pour caramel topping over all. Frost with Cool Whip and sprinkle with crumbles. Refrigerate.
