Put eggs in a measuring cup and mix well; add enough water to make 2/3 cup. Mix well with cake mix and brown sugar and place in a greased 9x13-inch cake pan. Sprinkle with marshmallows and chocolate chips. Bake in a 350° oven for 25-30 minutes. Cool before cutting into bars.
