With a spoon, stir together cake mix and pie filling (do not use electric mixer). Pour into ungreased jellyroll pan (11x15) and bake in 350° oven for 20-25 minutes. When baked, frost with a powdered sugar frosting (powdered sugar thinned with a little milk) flavored with lemon extract.
Note:
For diabetics, replace lemon pie filling with sugar-free yogurt—I use lemon, but you can use your choice of flavors—and then I do not frost the bars.
