Mix together the first 5 ingredients. Spray 3 (9-inch round) cake pans with Pam and flour each. Divide batter into pans and bake at 325° for 20 minutes. Cool.
Mix pineapple with pudding mix. Refrigerate. When pudding is semi-set, mix in 1 cup prepared frosting. Chill until firm. Ice cake and serve.
