Chocolate Fondue and Fresh Fruit

Ingredients

fruit chunks or angel food cake
1 (12-ounce) bag Hershey Real Chocolate Chips
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grand marnier or Crème de Cacao

Directions:

Arrange fruit (fresh apples, bananas, grapes, peaches, pears, pineapple) or cake attractively on a platter. Cover and place in refrigerator. Melt chocolate chips in saucepan or microwave, taking care not to scorch. Add sour cream to chocolate. Whisk cream and chocolate quickly with a wire whisk. Add liqueur and whisk until blended well. Place warm fondue in attractive bowl. Use fondue forks to dip cool fruit or cake into chocolate.

Editor's Extra: Chocolate melts well in a heavy glass bowl in the microwave, 2 minutes on HIGH, then stir.
