In large saucepan over medium heat, combine preserves, barbecue sauce, and teriyaki sauce. Stir in wieners, pineapple, and green pepper. Heat thoroughly. Transfer mixture to chafing dish, keeping warm over low heat. Serve with toothpicks. Stick pretzels can be used instead.
