Preheat oven to 400°. Mix together butter, mustard, poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce, and onion. Split rolls and spread mixture thinly on both sides. Divide the ham between the rolls, top with 1 slice of Swiss cheese, and replace sandwich tops.
Wrap sandwiches in aluminum foil and warm at 400° for 10 minutes, or until cheese melts.
