1 Combine the wine, oil, onion, garlic, and herbs in a baking dish large enough to hold the chops in a single layer. Add the chops, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
2 Place a barbecue grill or broiler rack about 5 inches from the heat source. Preheat the grill or broiler. Pat the chops dry with paper towels.
3 Grill the meat 5 to 8 minutes, or until nicely browned. Turn the chops over with tongs and cook on the other side for 6 minutes, or until browned and just slightly pink when cut near the bone. Serve hot, garnished with lemon wedges.
