1 In a shallow dish, combine the garlic, oil, rosemary, red pepper, and salt to taste. Add the ribs and stir them to coat with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours up to overnight.
2 Place a barbecue grill or broiler pan about 6 inches away from the heat source. Preheat the grill or broiler. Grill or broil the ribs, turning them frequently with tongs, until browned and cooked through, about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
