1 In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic, salt, and a generous pinch of crushed red pepper. Add the vinegar and stir until smooth. Place the chops on a plate and brush them on all sides with the paste. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour up to overnight.
2 Place a barbecue grill or broiler rack about 6 inches from the heat source. Preheat the grill or broiler. Cook pork chops until browned on one side, about 6 minutes, then turn the meat over with tongs and brown the other side, about 5 minutes more. Cut into the chops near the bone the meat should be slightly pink. Serve immediately.
