1. In a large fry pan, brown beef. Drain off excess drippings. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer about 5 minutes. Spoon beef into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
2. Layer cheese, lettuce, salsa and sour cream over beef. Sprinkle with KELLOGG'S Corn Flake Crumbs. Serve warm.
