1. Cover potatoes with water and bring to boil. Cook until tender but still firm (about 10 minutes). Drain and cool.
2. Cook Morningstar Farms® Scramblers®egg substitute until firm over low heat. Do not stir. Cool and chop like hard boiled eggs.
3. Place potatoes and chopped Morningstar Farms® Scramblers® in mixing bowl. Add green peppers, celery, onions and pickle relish.
4. In separate bowl, combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, mustard, celery seed, sugar, garlic powder and salt. Stir.
5. Pour mayonnaise mixture over potato mixture. Gently toss. Chill for several hours.
