Slice chicken into 2" x 1/2" strips set aside. Combine flour, salt and pepper together in a plastic zipping bag set aside. Dip chicken strips in milk coat with flour mixture. Set aside on wax paper. Heat 1/4 inch oil in a 12" skillet over medium-high heat to 350 degrees heat chicken strips 3 minutes on each side or until golden. Drain on paper towels serve with Honey-Mustard Sauce.
Honey-Mustard Sauce: Whisk ingredients together cover and refrigerate up to one or 2 days.
TIP: Kids love Crispy Chicken Fingers...especially when they're followed by dessert! Make up some bite-size ice cream treats by sandwiching fruity sherbet between vanilla wafers.
