Combine sesame seed, ginger and oil together set aside. Season chicken breasts with garlic salt coat with sesame seed mixture. Place on a lightly greased broiler pan bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once or until juices run clear when pierced with a fork. Spread with Pineapple Salsa serve immediately.
Pineapple Salsa: Stir ingredients together in a medium-size bowl cover and refrigerate 15 to 30 minutes before serving. 6 tablespoons per serving.
TIP: Peel ginger with a spoon rather than a knife. It's faster and safer plus less will go to waste too!
