Heat oil in a 10" skillet sauté garlic and mushrooms until tender. Add parsley and green onions stir constantly. Pour in wine or broth simmer for 4 minutes. Spread in a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish top with Whole-Wheat Croutons. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes serve warm.
Whole-Wheat Croutons:
Cut bread into one-inch cubes sauté with garlic in oil. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley heat until golden, stirring constantly.
TIP: Use mini cookie cutters to cut bread into whimsical croutons...tiny leaves make a harvest dinner fun.
