Zucchini-Tomato Casserole

Ingredients

1 cup green onions, , sliced
5 cups zucchini, cubed
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons garlic salt
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 cups prepared rice
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Sauté onions, zucchini and garlic until tender set aside. Combine remaining ingredients together add onion mixture. Spread into a greased 1-1/2 quart casserole dish bake at 350 degrees until heated through, about 25 minutes.
