Garlic Deviled Eggs


Serves: 12

Ingredients

6 eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 to 1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon pickle relish
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon salt
garnish: paprika

Directions:

Slice eggs in half lengthwise remove yolks setting egg whites aside. In a mixing bowl, combine yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, relish, onion, garlic and salt mix well. Fill egg whites with mixture sprinkle with paprika.

TIP: Making deviled eggs for an afternoon picnic? Whip 'em up in no time by combining ingredients in a plastic zipping bag instead of a bowl. Blend by squeezing the bag, snip off a corner and pipe the filling into the whites...what could be easier?
