Corn Custard

Ingredients

2 cups corn
3 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup milk
1 cup light cream

Directions:

Corn can be grated from 7-8 ears of corn. Place corn in casserole dish. Beat eggs well add sugar, nutmeg, salt, pepper, milk, and light cream. Pour over corn mix well. Set in pan of hot water. Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
