Stuffed Baked Tomatoes


Serves: 5

Ingredients

Firm tomato
bread crumbs
left over white fish or meat
minced parsley
minced onion
salt and pepper
meat sauce, to taste
buttered bread crumbs

Directions:

Cut tops of tomatoes and scoop pulp. Mix chopped pulp with bread crumbs, fish, parsley, onion, salt, and meat sauce. Fill tomato shells with mixture and put onto baking dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 400°F until tomatoes are cooked.
