Mix flour, sugar, and salt together. Cut vegetable shortening in until coarse and crumbly. Sprinkle iced water mixed with white vinegar, over mixture toss with fork. If dough seems dry, add ice water. Divide and shape into two balls chill until firm enough to roll out. Glaze top crust with beaten egg yolk.
