Set 1 flour tortilla on a serving plate and spread evenly with 1/3 of the chocolate mixture. Cover with another flour tortilla, another 1/3 chocolate mixture, a third tortilla, the rest of the chocolate mixture, and then the last tortilla. Blend the remaining sour cream with 2 tablespoons powdered sugar and spread evenly over the top and sides of the Tortilla Torte. Chill, covered with inverted bowl at least 8 hours, or as long as overnight.
Shave milk chocolate into curls using a vegetable peeler. Pile chocolate curls on top of Tortilla Torte. Cut in slim wedges with a sharp knife.
