Peel and core apples. Thinly slice apples lengthwise and place in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Add strawberries with juice, apple juice, and lemon juice. Sprinkle with flour and cinnamon and lightly toss in the
baking dish.
Topping:
In a medium bowl, combine all Topping ingredients and sprinkle evenly on top of apples and strawberries. Bake at 375° for 35–40 minutes, until apples are soft. Serve warm with non-fat frozen yogurt or ice cream. Mmm!
Note: Blackberries, raspberries, or peaches may be substituted for strawberries.
Fun Fact: South of Eureka, California, along Highway 101, there are three redwood trees you can actually drive through— Leggett's Chandelier Drive-Thru Tree, the Tour-Thru Tree near Klamath, and the Shrine Drive-Thru Tree in Myers Flat. The legendary Giant Sequoia tree with a highway running through it, located in Yosemite National Park, fell in 1969.
