1 (12-ounce) jar pineapple-mango jam, or peach jam
3 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1/2 teaspoon each: cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg
1/4 cup rum

Combine all ingredients, except rum. Cook over low heat until smoothly blended. Add rum. Serve warm over ice cream (macadamia flavor is best). Bananas may also be added just before serving.
