1. Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, combine spaghetti sauce and water mix well. Spread 1 cup of sauce mixture in bottom of ungreased 13 3 9-inch (3-quart) baking dish.
2. In large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, carrot, bell pepper, pepper and egg blend well. Stuff cheese mixture evenly into uncooked manicotti arrange over sauce in baking dish. Top with remaining sauce mixture. Cover tightly with foil.
3. Bake at 350°F. for 45 to 55 minutes or until manicotti are tender and sauce is bubbly.
