First Layer:
Combine stuffing mix with seasoning, chicken broth, and melted margarine in a large bowl; mix well. Spoon stuffing mixture into the bottom of a lightly greased, 3-quart casserole dish.
Second Layer:
Combine chicken, onion, celery, water chestnuts, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a large bowl; mix well. Spoon on top of First Layer.
Third Layer:
Combine eggs, milk, and stuffing mix with seasoning in a large bowl; mix well. Spoon on top of Second Layer. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
When ready to cook, evenly spread cream of mushroom soup on top of casserole. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake, uncovered, for 45–60 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove from oven, and let stand 20 minutes before serving.
