Grease an 8x12x2-inch baking dish. Flatten each half breast with hand; lay slices of beef on top. (I use 2 or 3 slices of dried beef on each half breast. If beef is too salty, soak 5 minutes and dry.) Roll up and wrap bacon slices around; flatten. Pin with toothpicks. Mix soup, sour cream, and wine; pour over all. Marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
Bake at 275° for 3 hours, uncovered. Delicious served with rice, almond green beans, and Waldorf salad.
