Combine chicken, eggs, olives, and celery. Blend in mayonnaise and lemon juice. Salt to taste. Spread chicken on bread to make a sandwich. Place 6 sandwiches in a 9x13-inch casserole. Combine soup and sour cream. Pour over sandwiches. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325° uncovered for 20 minutes. Add grated cheese and bake until cheese melts.
