Cook onion and celery in broth for about 5 minutes. Crumble cornbread and biscuits with sage and pepper. Add to mixture, stirring until all bread is moist and soft. Add chopped boiled eggs and salt. Beat by hand for 1–2 minutes. Dressing should be rather soft. Pepper and sage can be increased according to taste. Pour into a 2-quart baking dish, and bake in oven at 400° for 45–50 minutes, or stuff inside the holiday bird.
