Cut each roll into 4 pieces and arrange evenly in a sprayed 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle apples, cinnamon, nuts and orange zest over rolls. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until double. Remove wrap and carefully spoon condensed milk over risen rolls. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes. Cool slightly and drizzle with cream cheese frosting.
