Remove rolls from the pan they come in and cut each roll into 4 equal pieces and set aside. Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray. Spread pie filling evenly in the bottom of the sprayed pan. Drop the cinnamon roll pieces on top of the pie filling to cover evenly. Bake at 350°F 25-30 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream, if desired.
