Combine 2 dinner rolls together or use 1 Texas roll. In a small bowl combine sugar, lemon peel and nutmeg. Dip tops of rolls in butter and then in sugar mixture. lace in sprayed muffin cups, sugar side up. Make a 1/2-inch deep cut on the top center of each roll.
Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until double. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan immediately and place on cooling racks.
